As a trauma therapist, you give your heart and soul to others…

Now it’s time for YOU

Being a trauma therapist is your passion. You love this work but wonder how much steam you have left.

You’re a badass trauma therapist, and in your heart, you don’t want that to change.

You’re craving a space to rediscover yourself with a community you know will rally around you and lift you up.

Well, my friend, you have come to the right place because with BRAVE, you no longer need to feel alone!

This is a space where we name vicarious trauma together so that everyone knows they are seen and heard. Get ready to belong in a community that is here for you, where you have people you can rely on.

What our community is saying:

  • “BRAVE as helped normalize my moments of burnout and fatigue, which has helped my get through what to do in those moments. This community has also given me tools to support my wellbeing in addition to supporting clients going through similar issues.”

    -Samuel M., LMFT

  • “Working with Jenny gave me the hope I needed to keep going and to realize I did not have to totally switch careers. It also taught me about my own self-care practices and awareness of my own needs/feelings, not just those of my clients.”

    -Alisha B. LCSW

  • “BRAVE has given me something that is lacking as a private practice owner- consistency. Although I'm growing my practice and often have to choose a paying appointment over a BRAVE call, it is so grounding to see those calls on my calendar and know that I can always drop in.”

    -Sonia A., LPC

  • “Jenny was the best possible sounding board for questions both big and small. She offered a unique perspective that really allowed me to broaden my own thinking.”

    -Michael, V., Grad Student

  • “BRAVE is a wonderful and supportive community. I particularly appreciate the support received through the asynchronous consultation group chat in the Signal app. Jenny is kind, approachable, and human.”

-Emily P, LLP and Brainspotting Consultant

“Trauma work and the work of helping others can be draining, even when we love it! Having an outlet helps me to stay healthier myself. Getting support from others in BRAVE who can relate is part of what I have realized to be key in my personal health equation. It allows me to not burn out, to feel heard, and to have a safe place to discuss my own feelings.”
